Restaurant Lycee Hotelier Brillat-Savarin sur Le Touquet-Paris-Plage

For a dinner for four with friends on Thursday evening, November 13, 2025, it was an excellent experience. A huge thank you to Mr. Joss and the students who prepared a superb gourmet meal for us, with wines perfectly paired with each course. The main course, a sirloin steak Wellington with vegetables, was succulent and kept warm in a cloche-style serving trolley reminiscent of the finest vintage pieces! Congratulations again to the teachers and students for this wonderful evening.
