I love the restaurant's ambiance! The food is excellent. However, I don't understand why the woman who runs the restaurant doesn't answer the phone when we try to call to make a reservation and why she refuses new customers even though the restaurant is empty.

A simple restaurant with very good food. It's pleasantly cool inside, which is very welcome in hot weather. Despite being the only waitress, she's quick, efficient, and friendly.
I particularly recommend the beef stew, which is excellent. The restrooms are also very clean, which is always a plus.
A fairly large parking lot is available about a 5-minute walk away, making parking easy.
A great place that I gladly recommend.

Excellent welcome. The person in charge was alone to handle the service and manage the room, but it didn't show at all: the service was quick, attentive, and very friendly.

At Maurette's, you'll find traditional cuisine in a rustic setting that reminds me of my grandmother. The dishes are prepared with care and love, using ingredients Maurette sources herself from the market. The blanquette, in particular, brings back childhood memories. It's not the chic of fine dining establishments, but it's simple, honest food, full of memories, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. For all these reasons, I give it four stars.
