We came here because of the excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed.
Everything was wonderful... snails, oysters, freshly prepared steak tartare, etc.
The service was also very attentive.
In short, we had a wonderful evening here.

A top spot in Colmar where they still cook real food.
Including the daily special, which is slow-cooked and generously portioned (€15 for the main course, €3 extra for dessert, and €3 for the appetizer buffet). My colleagues who opted for an à la carte dish (sauerkraut or spaetzle) weren't disappointed either. A cozy, authentic, and pleasant atmosphere.

We dined at Restaurant Meistermann during our stay in Colmar and were absolutely delighted.
The quality of the food was outstanding – everything was freshly prepared, incredibly flavorful, and beautifully presented. It's immediately apparent that they use high-quality ingredients and that the kitchen pays meticulous attention to detail.
We would especially like to commend the service: very friendly, attentive, and warm, without being intrusive. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived and were able to enjoy the evening in a very pleasant atmosphere.
For us, it's one of the best restaurants in Colmar – we will definitely be back on our next visit!

The food was simple but very good, however the service was disappointing, a glass of sparkling wine was spilled by a waiter on my shirt and jacket, no apology from them and almost 1 hour 30 minutes wait between the starter and the main course.

Excellent traditional restaurant. No complaints whatsoever. The staff is very friendly and truly attentive to the customer's needs.
Special mention goes to their steak tartare, which is prepared right in front of you. A sure bet in this tourist town.
