I discovered this restaurant thanks to some friends, and we had a great time.
Offal and meat lovers will be delighted (as I was), while those looking for vegetarian options should look elsewhere.
I spent a long time staring at the menu, unable to decide. I finally opted for the steak tartare, which is prepared tableside, and it was delicious. But I'll definitely be back to try the tongue my neighbor ordered, which looked irresistible.
In conclusion, this won't be my last visit to this place.

There are restaurants where you leave having paid 30 euros and feeling ripped off, and restaurants where you leave having paid a little more but with the pleasure of having eaten very well! Add to that the perfect service, and you're at Les Nouveaux Abattoirs!

Traditional cuisine.
Very high-quality meat.
Bistro atmosphere, and decor to match.
Don't expect paper napkins; they'll be cloth napkins. The chairs are wooden and authentic; when you step back, they make that familiar creaking sound from Grandma's kitchen.
If you choose a steak tartare, it will be prepared fresh to your liking, seasoned to your taste.
Beautiful short break.
Tip: reserve your table if you want to guarantee a seat.
