I went there for the second time a few days ago. The food is of a high quality. The calf's head is "extraordinary" and the portions are more than sufficient... A real delight.

A superb setting in the middle of the forest, a menu with good Alsatian specialties, and a great welcome even though there were about forty of us, late and not very disciplined.

Beautiful setting, very friendly waitresses and waiters! For my taste, the vegetables and sauce were a bit lacking to accompany my meat. But a very nice experience nonetheless.

10/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant on Monday and Wednesday, and each time we received a warm welcome. Every dish was delicious, served in generous portions, and the service was quick and reasonably priced. The fries were very good, and the black pudding and vol-au-vent were excellent. The daily specials at €13.50 were tasty and plentiful. The waitress was very friendly and smiling. Everything was perfect.
08/12/2025: A very good restaurant, with pleasant and cheerful service. Their sauerkraut and ham hock are delicious. A slightly long wait between courses.
