A nice traditional Alsacian restaurant. The food is good, warm homemade meals, but nothing is exceptional or stands out. I had the La flammekueche au champignons et gratinée (Tarte flambée with mushrooms and cheese) and Les sot l'y laisse de poulet aux morilles (Chicken oysters with morchella mushtooms) + spaetzle. Very filling meal and a great lunch. The location is really nice, away from the city surrounded by open area and greenery.

It’s a beautiful place on the edge of the forest, perfect for a little escape from the city. The building is old and the very Alsatian style has been preserved. The menu is quite varied and the dishes are quite good. A small downside for the shank which was rather average but the rest was delicious: a nice plate of spaetzle with Munster and bacon, the cordon bleu or the bites à la reine. The service is impeccable, nothing to complain about.

Incroyable, rien d’autre à dire. C’était franchement génial !! Un personnel très accueillant. Je recommande absolument ce restaurant pour venir avec vos enfants et votre famille.

19/07/2024: The Schluthfeld restaurant/brewery is a safe address, from the dishes on the menu to those of the day, the quality and quantity are not insignificant. You eat deliciously well and when you're hungry. Human owner, deeply kind and welcoming. If you want to have a good time and eat well, this is definitely the place! So let's not hesitate and let's go :) See you soon !!
