Themed menu: all pork, all goose. You either love it or hate it. The food is excellent, the ingredients are showcased beautifully. Slow service. The wine is overpriced (the price per glass is outrageous, even prohibitive).

Restaurant Bohrer is much more than just a place to eat; it's a truly magnificent culinary experience. We were absolutely captivated by the exquisite cuisine and its deep connection to the Alsatian terroir. Thank you for this wonderful discovery. We will definitely be back!

We stayed one night (December 4th to 5th, 2025) at this hotel thanks to a gift voucher we received after our wedding. Overall, it was a lovely experience. However, there were a few minor issues. I ordered a bottle of wine at reception, and while the person was fetching it from the bar and returning, other guests checked in and were served before me. When my turn finally came, the gentleman at reception didn't remember me, greeted me, and asked what he could do for me! 🤣 I told him I was waiting for the bottle of wine. A slightly awkward moment for him. Then, this same person misread our gift voucher and directed us to the Brasserie Chez Julien that evening, even though we had booked a four-course tasting menu at the Boehrer restaurant. We had to go back and forth twice between the brasserie, the restaurant, and reception, where I asked him to check our voucher again. It turned out to be a registration error on his part. I asked if we could have a complimentary aperitif as compensation, which seemed fine to me since the waitress hadn't said anything negative. Well, to my surprise, the next day, when we paid for our drinks (which weren't complimentary), we had to pay for everything, including the two glasses of sparkling wine that were supposed to be offered as compensation. In summary: * Disappointment with the reception and the somewhat dated room, and stains on the toilet and sink in the bathroom. * No minibar in the room, not even a bottle of water! A Magical and Unforgettable Birthday Dinner! We chose Bohrer to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The atmosphere was enchanting! The Christmas decorations were magnificent and created a warm and inviting setting, perfect for the occasion. As for the meal, it was simply outstanding. Each dish was a true work of art, prepared with fresh ingredients and great finesse. Finally, the staff deserves all the praise. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional, making our birthday dinner even more special and memorable. Flawless! We will definitely be back.

A very pleasant surprise, renowned for several years, we finally ventured into this establishment and discovered a very precise and refined cuisine in a very beautiful setting.

A very beautiful restaurant at this time of year, especially with Christmas approaching. Decorated perfectly. The interior was superb, the chairs comfortable. The servers were excellent from the moment we arrived until we left! The flavors were beautiful and perfectly balanced on the plate. The crunchy dessert was a delight. We had a wonderful evening.
