Restaurant Pho Passion sur Paris

Restaurant that I would describe as attentive and healthy! Yes, because here, we take great care with the customers, we cook without using toxic products like sodium glutamate (or monoglutamate), unlike most Asian restaurants which put it in the soup. Glutamate is a taste enhancer, but also a neurotoxicant, which can cause severe headaches, severe fatigue, and is suspected of being responsible for neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, etc.). So a big thank you to Pho Passion for existing, for not putting these products in their dishes, and for treating us all the same. This is actually the place where I ate one of the best Pho soup in Paris! The spring rolls are also delicious :-) Cheap menu: €16.90 for a starter, a soup and a drink. Fast service. Nice atmosphere, and well-maintained place.

Food is great and our waitress was very kind and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend eating here!

Very good, nice and pleasant staff...

Dishes way too salty. Whether it was the Bò bún or the pho, everything was just salt, which unfortunately drowned out all the rest of the taste. The restaurant being narrow, we were seated at a table close to the kitchen and the waiters were squeezed between the kitchen and us. So we literally had to eat in front of them, which was very unpleasant.

It's a very good restaurant. The Peking duck is superb

Nice little discovery on rue de la Roquette! The vegetarian spring rolls are very good, as are the other dishes we had. Very warm welcome, I recommend!

Beautiful flavors that explode in the mouth. The service is perfect. The smile that welcomes you with respect. Well done and congratulations.
