Restaurant Pointe Isabelle sur Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

Hello, I didn't stay at the restaurant, but I ate there with my family. Wow, the restaurant is magnificent! The atmosphere is calm, the staff is incredibly friendly, and we received our food super quickly (and it was delicious). The tiramisu was OH MY GOD, INCREDIBLE!!! ✨ Thank you to Danina for her kindness and service!

The hotel has a really good location near the train station by 3 min walking , perfect greeting from the staff , and the rooms is has great views to the mountains.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located, its only drawbacks are the lack of soundproofing and the bad smell in the elevators on my last night, but overall the hotel is lovely 🤩

Modern, spacious rooms and incredibly friendly staff! The hotel bar is excellent. The only area for improvement is the breakfast, which was a bit limited/basic compared to the rest of the experience

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Location is in the heart of Chamonix. Very secure. Clean and the staff are so nice and kind.

We ate at this restaurant a few days ago and it was a wonderful discovery! The welcome and staff were very pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is ideal. However, the service unfortunately doesn't live up to expectations. Upon arrival, there was no parking available as it was full, but we weren't informed of any reservation. We then asked about parking rates and the location of nearby spaces, but the staff were very unhelpful and uninvolved; the receptionist even sighed in my face! Furthermore, we were given the wrong room, and it took three attempts to finally get the keys to the room we had booked. But what disappointed me most was the lack of consideration; there was no response to our greetings, not even a goodbye at checkout.
