Superb Italian cuisine with wonderful flavors. I have lunch there regularly and I've been delighted by their dishes for the past two years. Danièle and her team at reception and Vito in the kitchen are incredible ❤️

The atmosphere is very familiar and welcoming. It feels like coming home. The food is excellent: we dined there several evenings, trying the amatriciana (ordered several times), the Norma, lasagna, and the pizza. It's a must-visit if you're in Paris and love Italian cuisine.

24/09/2026: We went there for dinner on New Year's Eve and were served by Jeff. The service was excellent, and he was very friendly. The food (we had an appetizer platter and pizza) was incredibly delicious, and the portions were perfect. However, since we were seated by the back entrance, there was a strong draft under the door, and it was quite cold. All in all, though, the restaurant is highly recommended.
22/09/2026: Waiters are so friendly, pizza was exceptional and even coffee was really great! Haven’t had this good of a pizza in a while. Understand why it has such great reviews!!

A true delight for the taste buds! The service is just as pleasant, with an attentive and welcoming team. And a special mention to the owner, whose kindness and hospitality touch us with every visit. 06/10/2026: We had a wonderful time at Salento Marais, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. We ate on the terrace, comfortably seated in the shade and sunlight. The street is pedestrianized, creating a particularly pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The proximity to Place Sainte-Catherine also adds a lot of charm to the neighborhood. I chose the pappardelle with salmon and dill: a truly delicious dish, with a generous and hearty portion. A fantastic discovery! For dessert, the homemade tiramisu was also excellent and the perfect ending to the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food, its setting, and its ambiance. We had a very enjoyable time!
