Restaurant with very refined traditional cuisine, rustic and warm atmosphere. I came to Espelette with my daughter for a move, I will not fail to come back to this restaurant when I return to the region.. I absolutely recommend!

Passing through Espelette we stopped here to eat this lunchtime. What a great discovery. Extremely good cuisine, from starter to dessert, absolutely nothing to complain about. When we come back to Espelette we will stay there again. Madame is won over.

Hotel Restaurant Euskadi

02/04/2024: Friendly and very professional reception. The room with personality, elegant details, large, clean and very comfortable bathroom. Hotel very well located, next to the town's shopping center, and very easy to find parking near the hotel. Unbeatable quality-price ratio. Just one objection: the restaurant is quite expensive for the type of food they offer, although the service and attention are top-notch.
