Absolutely amazing hotel and amazing staff!! I cannot fault a single thing with our stay, The rooms were very clean and well presented with all amenities needed, lovely breakfast every morning and afternoon tea, great cocktails made by super nice staff, the Sauna and pool area was very relaxing and were well looked after, lovely fire pit outside to warm up after a long day on the slopes, probably the best run hotel I can remember staying in, we were made to feel really welcome, we loved our stay and cannot wait to return, I want to thank all the staff who made our trip so memorable, absolutely perfect 10 out of 10 Thank you to all the team for a lovely memorable holiday, See you next time ❤️

A perfect stay at the Hotel Le Rock Noir! We received a warm welcome from a young and dynamic team. Everything was perfect for making us feel completely at home, with attentive service. A lovely hotel that I highly recommend and plan to return to during our next stay in Serre Chevalier! It's well located, right at the foot of the slopes and close to shops. The après-ski spa is incredibly comfortable! (Perhaps the pool temperature could be raised a few degrees...?). The small fire on the terrace, besides being warm, is a wonderfully cozy spot to enjoy a drink and roast marshmallows 🫶🏻. Thank you so much!!

This is my second stay at the Rock Noir (this time with my eldest son) and I will continue to warmly recommend it! A major plus this year is the change of chef, and everything in the restaurant is delicious! It's definitely a step up! Perfect location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, very pleasant decor, comfortable bedding, and a lovely balcony. The only slight drawbacks: the rooms are rather small, the pool isn't very deep, and the sauna isn't very hot. But everything else is so fantastic that it is and will remain our go-to spot in Serre Chevalier!

The hotel is very well located near the ski lifts, ski equipment rental, and ski pass sales. It's very pleasant, with a fantastic staff, excellent breakfast, and very good evening meals.
