Hotel very well located, under construction during our visit but clean. Very welcoming staff, very good care and catering. The only downside is the comfort of the rooms, no electric kettle, which is rare now, and the bathroom in the room only separated by a curtain... what a funny idea!!!

We only ate at the restaurant but the entrance and location of the hotel were great.

Excellent thalassotherapy center. We had a very relaxing day there. To renew !

Everything is perfect, the staff is extremely friendly and seeks to satisfy us constantly, in particular to compensate for the lack of variety in half-board meals and the quality is not always there according to the cook. The Manager assured me that the hotel was in the process of remedying this problem noted by the majority of customers because this would be the only reason why I would turn to another establishment for my next thalassotherapy stay (this is my 2nd and I have come to the hotel several times).

Super well located, on the Presqu'île, with direct access to the beach! However when we went there the hotel was under construction so the exterior environment, parking, entrance was not the most welcoming. You should know that the showers are in the rooms, for all rooms a priori, only hidden by a curtain. A little average for privacy. There is an indoor swimming pool, covered but which is not very well heated (or perhaps this is intentional?) So we don't take advantage of it very much, because it gets cold quickly. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, as are the dinners, cooked with care! Despite these few details which will surely improve, we had a pleasant weekend as a family.

Bad value for money. Room without bathroom a simple curtain to pull. The rooms face the outside so in case of wind it's hellish and they don't want to take down the curtains provided after making the request. A relative friendliness to welcome not even a goodbye when we left.

We have been coming at least once a year for 5 years to enjoy its direct access to the beach, its seawater swimming pool and its Hammam... Moreover, a person fell on a bump in the access mat to Capte beach. I reported this to two members of the maintenance staff who were arriving; his response, which was not very respectful of the customers, scandalized me a little." My good sir, if we are here, it is not to enjoy the swimming pool, I know that!” This "chilled" me a little, I just wanted to point out the problem, so that no one else falls, a "We are aware, thank you" would have been more courteous in this type of establishment! Fortunately, the hotel team compensates with their attentiveness and courteous professionalism.

Ideal, directly on the beach... To go to the islands, stroll through old Hyères...

Nous avons passé une semaine dans votre établissement , nous avons été satisfait de l'accueil . Côté restauration la nourriture bonne et copieuse , mais le midi et le soir même menu , pas facile pour le choix .En se qui concerne le personnel restauration et bar , vraiment pas accueillant , surtout cette jeune femme prénommée ALYSON , ni bonjour ni M...... David lui était très agréable c'est a peu prés le seul ..Les chambres très bien rien a dire .
