I had the bull fillet... a true marvel of tenderness... hats off to Chef Olivier, who perfectly masters all cooking techniques. His wife, Véronique, is an excellent advisor, always ready to guide you towards the perfect wine pairing for your meal, and always with a smile 😃 If you haven't been to this restaurant, I highly recommend it.

New evening and other dishes :) June 2024 A wonderful evening. This time, it's a classic: foie gras cordon bleu and a queen's bite. We'll indulge in other experiences on our next visit.
