Wonderful evening on this Tuesday, June 25, 2024, for our anniversary. My partner and I were won over by the menu and these wine accompaniments. The staff is remarkable, sommeliers were perfect! A real journey into the finesse of French gastronomy. A sumptuous setting awaits you in this perfectly renovated romantic castle. The rooms flanked by woodwork and other contemporary paintings are elegant, the armchairs comfortable. The service is very attentive, attentive to the smallest detail, the desire to do well is in everyone's genes. The dishes served are full of finesse and subtlety. The map is creative. The cooking and temperature are perfectly controlled. A little advice for all these young people who officiate with such seriousness, professional conscience and love for the profession. Be more relaxed, don't put pressure on yourself and everything will be more pleasant for you. But this is acquired with experience, I admit. In any case, we had a great time thanks to you. Small point of improvement perhaps, a little more generous portions of cheese would be appreciated.

Ce restaurant se situe dans un château de 1890 dans un grand parc. Le cadre est raffiné et l’accueil très sympathique. Nous avons passé un agréable moment culinaire. Nous avons apprécié les prémices salées « DE L’ARDÈCHE À LA DRÔME », la « CANETTE DE CHALLANS » et le dessert « CHOCOLAT PRUNEAUX ET ARMAGNAC ». Les accords mets vin étaient parfaits ! Merci à toute l’équipe ! 😍

Un cadre magnifique ! Un super accueil, le personnel au top et très compétent. Le service était impeccable du début à la fin !!! Les mets étaient succulents et raffinés !! On a vraiment passé une excellente soirée ! C’est sur on y retournera !!
