Exceptional service, excellent dishes with refined ingredients. A very varied drinks menu (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The atmosphere is calm and the decoration traditional while keeping a touch of modernity. I highly recommend this place to treat yourself with your family!!

We ordered the Grand Cru menu with wine pairings (3 glasses). The starter was oysters presented like a delicate jelly with beef tartare underneath, topped with a few popcorn pieces that added layers of texture. I especially loved the spiciness of the radish, which perfectly balanced the umami flavours. For the main, we had the blue lobster—so fresh and delicious! The meat paired beautifully with the lobster sauce, which was lifted by just the right touch of vinegar. The refreshing, sober dessert at the end was the perfect way to finish the meal without feeling overwhelmed. Each wine matched the dishes wonderfully, and the service was attentive and caring throughout. We truly had an exceptional dining experience and will definitely be sharing this gem with our friends.

It was with full knowledge of the facts that we returned to spend a great evening at the beginning of September, the food was always so fine, inventive, delicate, flavors that remain in our memory, our taste buds wondered what was hidden in these delicious dishes. The service was a bit "cavalry" on the other hand, the waiter was very rushed, running everywhere, barely giving us time to compliment, the wines were superb, luckily we were on the terrace, inside it was a bit noisy, well see you soon

A beautiful place So many wonderful surprises!!! We had a wonderful evening. This restaurant is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The food is delicious, the presentation is incredible, and the service is impeccable. A real favorite for a romantic evening.

20/08/2024: Great guesthouse, to stay for a weekend with my family, great welcome. The rooms are clean. My children really liked it. The only thing I can say is that the breakfast was salty. Example of eggs... Otherwise it was cool I recommend

30/07/2024: As we had a booking we were pointed to a table immediately. For us the table was facing the wrong way, so we moved the chairs around. This didn't last long as we had to move to make way for a pram. Okay, all settled again. We had to ask for the menu after about 15 minutes, then we had to ask to place our order after 30 minutes. There was just one man waiting on the tables and a younger guy, who could have been his son, helping out, but as they got busier, he also started taking orders. They were very busy and people were being turned away. We ordered the menu of the day with us both having the pate as entree, the fish as the plat and then a pineapple desert. The food was excellent, well presented and tasty. The fish was served with mussels and a lemon cream sauce to die for! The food made up for the slack unfriendly service to begin with. Well worth the visit, but definitely worth making a booking to be sure of getting in.
23/03/2024: One night in Sauternes and this is the place to go. Charming ambience, good service and delicious, well-presented food at a very reasonable price. Three courses, half a bottle of decent white Graves and a generous glass of the sweet stuff : all for €92. No complaints!
