The most authentic restaurant I have been to so far. The portions are very generous.

Where to start... We went there twice, the first time we ordered a la carte and the second time the Omakase menu. In terms of price, the two are equivalent in quantity, and it is one of the best quality/price ratios that we know of. For the Omakase menu, it was absolutely perfect. The process, the choice of dishes served, the order and pace, everything was great. Even we who have a fine palate, we discovered flavors that were perfectly balanced, everything was cooked to perfection. The meat, fish, vegetables, everything had a lot of good flavors. Don't hesitate to step out of your comfort zone, you won't regret it! The waiter heard that it was my partner's birthday and therefore brought his dessert with a candle and a beautiful decoration, it's not much, but this gesture says a lot about the quality of the service. I could talk about this restaurant for hours and I recommend it 100%, whatever your tastes or preferences, you will find what you are looking for there. A big congratulations to the chef and the entire team who manage to make each experience unique. This is our new favorite restaurant and it will be hard to dethrone!

It's simple: best Japanese restaurant in Paris, and I weigh my words. We are never disappointed at Kanade, everything is always delicious, the sushi is to die for, I have never eaten fish of this quality. I like that we can take small portions to share, I discovered miso eggplant and Brussels sprouts the other day: cooked to perfection! The setting is great, you can see the cooks making the sushi if you're at the counter, I love it. And finally the perfect service, the servers are attentive and always explain the menu, they are attentive, we want to come back. Flawless, well done Kanade. Go there with your eyes closed

Authentic and excellent Japanese food !!

I ordered Menu assortiment de tempura (crevettes et légumes). Tempura is perfectly fried, but texture of rice is too soft and sticky, pickles are a bit too salty. I’ll try something else next time.

Authentic Japanese place in Paris. Went for lunch. I got there around 12 when it opened and there was a line already waiting to be let in. Food was fresh and really good, will definitely be back when I visit next.

Excellent Japanese with a wide variety of very well prepared traditional dishes. Very good service, friendly, attentive and accommodating. Safe bet, you can go there with your eyes closed.

The dishes are very well done at a fair price. I love crunchy vegetables (asazuke?) served with the meal. Very nice home. A+
