Last night, an absolutely remarkable dinner at Settebello. A place we truly love! From the appetizer to the main course, the cuisine was bursting with flavor. The scallops were perfectly seared, the ravioli delicate, the truffle pasta masterfully balanced… Each dish tells a story of quality ingredients, precision, and passion. Pure bliss. "My palate was amazed by these dishes; it will remember them forever." And I mean it sincerely. A huge congratulations to Julia and Romain in the kitchen, whose talent shines through in every bite. And how could I not commend the service? Antoine and Andrea embody elegance and kindness. You feel welcomed, valued, almost privileged. Settebello achieves what few restaurants manage: culinary excellence and genuine warmth. I recommend it without hesitation and will return with great pleasure.
