I went there because I really like to check out Michelin Star Restaurants sometimes, but to be honest, this was not awesome. The house dish has 3 samples that taste pretty much the same (pic). The fish was 😒... and the prices were very high. The place needs maintenance. It looks and feels old, not in a good way.

One of the most beautiful establishments in Corsica and in France quite simply... real generous cuisine with a lot of love. Impeccable service, a warm atmosphere with customers and between the team. A real joy. I went there in June and in September it is always an explosion of flavors and a very beautiful moment. Don’t miss the Bonifacienne-style eggplants and the baked pasta which are to die for.

Finding ourselves in this establishment following a disappointment at another renowned establishment in the city, we were superbly satisfied.
A bit of madness planned to end our Corsican stay.
Delicious linguine with lobster caught in the fishpond, weighed in front of us...
So no surprises.
A good chocolate cake to finish.
Attentive service in a pleasant setting.
Thank you for this moment which fulfilled our expectations.

We had a great experience! For us this was the best food we had in our four days so far in Corsica. I had the Trilogy, which I can really recommend. It’s hard to decide which of the three dishes I’d order separately as you’d miss out on the other ones. We definitely plan on visiting again!

1st time at Stella d’Oro and a great discovery. A very warm welcome and good service even if at the end we waited a relatively long time for the bill. On the plate it’s a treat, the trilogy is excellent and the tiger veal is a treat. Beautiful Corsican wine list. Don’t hesitate to ask for advice. A family institution that respects itself and which will please you.

The food was good, solid, nothing that will leave you speechless but good. The personale is beyond nice and the owner is probably the best restauranteur I’ve met in my life. The atmosphere is nice and it’s an absolute staple in the town.
