The fish soup was very good – the sea bass fillet too – the stuffed mussels had a bit too much cheese. In previous meals with Madame Anne, there were more herbs and a little less cheese. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.

What a joy to be able to enjoy such a delightful dinner at the end of August in such a peaceful and refined setting in Bonifacio! Everything is meticulously attended to, from the preparation to the presentation, with the kindness and friendliness of all the staff, and particular attention is paid to the desserts, created with exquisite originality. 26/08/2026: A little slice of paradise in Southern Corsica! 🌊☀️ The setting at Santa Manza is simply magnificent, with the beach literally at the foot of the restaurant! The staff are lovely, warm, and welcoming, which makes the place even more enjoyable. We had a truly wonderful time in a picture-perfect setting. A place where you wish time would stand still… ❤️ A magnificent discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend.
20/08/2026: Truly excellent food. Paul and Charles are very nice. I've known this restaurant and Paul for a long time, and every time I go, I leave my heart there.
