Exceptional. Having tested all the gourmets in the region and elsewhere, I can only recommend this address for the quality of this cuisine. A small downside on the presentation of the dishes, not always understandable but largely excused by the kindness of the staff. The sommelier should show him a little more empathy. An address to keep. We will return with pleasure. Thank you chef Vidal for taking us on a journey into your world.

Superb experience for the place, the terrace with the sunset, the service, the presentation of the dishes, the appetizers, the two desserts, and the generous food and wine pairing. A peaceful and refreshing moment on the heights of Annecy le Vieux, with memories among others of strawberries and celery, crayfish ice cream, flambéed trout. Without forgetting the accompanying butter which has nothing to envy of the other starred ones

top ! une cuisine excellente, raffinée et complexe. des dessert équilibrés, sans trop de sucre des plats en petites quantités, mais dont la variété permet d'être complètement rassasié sans avoir trop mangé des vins parfaitement adaptés aux plats. une ambiance détendue . Je recommande +++ pour tous les gourmets en recherche de finesse et de poésie. belle dégustation à toutes et tous.

04/12/2024: I was only there for lunch, a beautiful location! 3 star menu plus one, the green one!! Well deserved!!!
24/11/2024: A unique and unforgettable moment. Local products are sublimated and give an exceptional flavor. The staff is very attentive and they know the plates perfectly to explain to you how each dish was prepared. We will come back to taste the future menu without hesitation. Thanks to the chefs for this moment.
