Very friendly staff and delicious food

Pleasant restaurant, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly and smiling.

Restaurant with a large terrace in the magnificent central square of the old town of Uzes. We ate on the terrace with our dog, enjoying traditional dishes that were well-cooked and presented on beautiful cutlery. The owner served us with excellent service and great friendliness despite the language barrier. Inside, there are a few tables and a wonderful shop selling regional products and all kinds of drinks, specializing in wines. The food was very reasonably priced. If you arrive late for the usual lunchtime, you won't have any problems at this place.

We came to visit Uzès and do our shopping at the market. After a stroll through the market, we were looking for regional products. That's what led us to this shop/restaurant. There were three of us, but there was a slight problem: Florent is quadriplegic and uses a rather large wheelchair. However, the servers had no problem welcoming us and made space by removing and moving tables and chairs. We ordered the daily special: a pizza with cured ham and cheese, served with a side salad and drizzled with a very expensive olive oil. Several times, the servers asked us if everything was alright. A pleasant and intimate experience. Local, homemade cuisine. Very reasonable prices. Ideally located on the Place aux Herbes. We'll be back!

A charming welcome. Enjoy! Delicious open-faced sandwiches, a beautifully presented platter. The portions could have been a touch larger, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meals in a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's a very good place.
