Good sushi, the ingredients are fresh and they're generous with the amount of fish (unlike many places that use a much larger quantity of rice). A nice experience, but no truly new or innovative flavors. I'll still come back.

Yumi is simply the best sushi restaurant in Bordeaux. The fish is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth, the rice is perfectly cooked every time, and the gyoza are absolutely delicious. We highly recommend it.
