Immersive setting, I loved the small starters to share, but the broth is quite bland in my opinion compared to other restaurants of the type in Bordeaux, that said it was still very good and I will come back with pleasure. Very friendly staff

The atmosphere inside the store was very Japanese!
There was Japanese everywhere, and the staff greeted me in Japanese on my way home, so the hospitality was good.
However, I was disappointed that the soy sauce ramen had a very weak taste.
The Dandan noodles tasted similar to those served in Japanese service areas or school cafeterias.
When I asked for more soy sauce, she happily brought it to me, so I adjusted the taste and ate it.
I didn't think it was a good idea to have the kitchen staff snacking while making the food.

After hearing a lot of positive reviews about this place and their ramen I went there twice. I tried two different Ramen and found it lacking in taste. They were bland. I tried other ramens even in chains that had much better taste.
I will go there again to try other dishes, but I will skip the ramen for this address.
Big negative point. During my two visits, the welcome was great. My last visit was less than six months ago and I was greeted by the same person as the first time who was not pleasant at all, which still didn't bother me. surprised.
I will update my comment when I have been able to try at least one other dish at this address.

Very nice experience, Japanese atmosphere with its large counter and tables on the floor, conviviality sharing tables with strangers, cuisine full of flavor and gourmet, the service is fast and responsive.
Nothing to say except “go there without hesitation”

We ate in the back room, with tables on the edge of the floor. The immersion is very good and the dishes are top notch. A treat that I have been looking for for a long time.
