The waitress Amandine was fantastic, they allow dogs inside, their Christmas beer was very good and their mulled wine was excellent, I highly recommend the place

A very good restaurant in downtown Kaysersberg. Friendly welcome and quick service. Everything was excellent: the generous sauerkraut and the flavorful baeckeoffe, all accompanied by a delicious Pinot Blanc, followed by the excellent blueberry and mirabelle plum tarte flambée. A highly recommended address!

A warm welcome! We ate the baeckeoffe and ordered a flammekueche with goat cheese and honey – it was delicious! A restaurant to recommend without hesitation. Well done to the whole team!

Disappointed with the baeckoff, the cook must have forgotten the carrots, and apart from dry beef and pork rind and bones, it wasn't very good! We used to come every year, but this is the last time.

Very warm welcome, we ate a delicious Munster flamkuche and a dessert an iced kouglof washed down with Guewurrs was to die for. Congratulations on your cuisine, I recommend this inn.

13/01/2025: Very good traditional cuisine, good service and value for money, small caveat to the term “Vegan” on the menu… the dishes contain cheese which is not “vegan”, the vegetarian term would be more appropriate.
04/01/2025: We go there every time we visit Alsace, the welcome is always great and the tartes flambées are great.. see you soon
