I passed in front of the window, I came back, I tasted an extraordinary cake with homemade chocolate, pure happiness, I left with two pastries for this evening. All for an incredible €16.20 in the heart of Paris in a rustic atmosphere, a real gem.
I asked myself the question of not having to queue in front of this house which has existed since 1925 according to the seller. Thank you again for the time I spent with you Thierry

A treasure in the heart of Paris! Excellent coffee, delicious pastries, wide choice and affordable prices. Without forgetting the rare kindness of the ladies who run the shop! A little haven away from time and noise.

Such a quaint, very authentic French experience, with great pastries and coffee, and apparently family run. I wish I had found this before my last morning in Paris, as I would have come here every day. I love this place!

Small bistro, very narrow, with traditional Viennese decor and a window full of cakes, as I have known it since the 1970s. Very busy as always. I really like Floating Island.

Incroyable! J'y prenais une tarte au fromage avec raisins pendant mes études il y a 40 ans, je pensais que la boutique avait fermé. Il faudrait la classer, elle est restée intact et surtout la tarte a la même saveur. J'ai goûté des gateaux salés pour apéritif ( olives et bleu) très moelleux et bons. J'y retournerai bien sûr.
