Excellent discovery! The dishes and desserts were simply delicious, and the service was top-notch! A great restaurant if you enjoy discovering original flavors made with quality ingredients 👏🏻😋 And don't forget the kids, who have access to a fantastic children's menu.

As my grandchildren say, this restaurant is amazing! No need to go to Paris or anywhere else, just Pagny-sur-Moselle. Absolutely fantastic! I've tried to find a better place, but I can't. The presentation is beautiful, the taste is incredible, the service was superb, and the icing on the cake is that my grandchildren preferred it to McDonald's and want to come every Wednesday! 😂😂😂😂 Thank you again, and please don't change a thing! We'll be recommending you to everyone we know.

Delicious dishes and excellent desserts this weekend at this establishment, the only downside was the excessive price of the bottle of champagne at €71.60.

The waitstaff stands out for their friendliness and attentiveness, and the portions served are generous. A very pleasant experience that I highly recommend!

I knew of Rest’ Authentik by name; its reputation in Pagny-sur-Moselle is well established, and now I understand why. A small, very friendly restaurant where you should definitely make a reservation as it's often full. The menu is intentionally short, which is always a good sign: here, you eat food made on-site with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I enjoyed a Vosges salad, followed by a pork dish (a very tender cut of shoulder) with sautéed potatoes, and for dessert, a profiterole-style madeleine. Everything was beautifully presented, delicious, and perfectly seasoned: nothing too much, nothing too little, everything was just right. You can feel the care, the expertise, and the desire to do things well. The service reflects the atmosphere: welcoming, friendly, and attentive, without being overbearing. You simply feel comfortable there. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality. What I particularly love about this kind of place is the human connection: you chat, you meet people. Today, I even got to know the Les Sonneurs de la Côte association (fantastic volunteers who work to maintain the paths), as well as Kris Auto, the local mechanic. Wonderful, spontaneous encounters, the kind you don't experience much anymore. In short, a truly delightful, simple, and authentic escape. We'll be back very soon with friends. I highly recommend this place; it's well worth the detour. Set menu: starter + main course + dessert: €20 Unfortunately, I forgot my phone, so no photos of the place or the food (next time! 🤪). So, I took a business card to illustrate my review. I went back! So, I'm adding a few photos! Everything was delicious! And I loved my truffle ravioli: perfectly balanced! The best part: the toilets: super, super clean! 🤪

This was our second visit to this restaurant. So, there was no element of surprise this time, as we had already discovered the place. However, it confirmed our belief that this restaurant is an absolute must-try. The service was incredibly attentive, and the chef in the kitchen poured his passion into every dish, each one as delicious as the last, from appetizer to dessert (dessert, which is so often neglected in many other restaurants). We have immense respect for his work. This establishment truly restores the prestige of the restaurant business. Thank you again, and please keep delighting us.

We spent Valentine's Day at this restaurant and everything was absolutely perfect. The special menu was truly fantastic, with dishes that were as beautiful as they were delicious. Each plate was flavorful, beautifully presented, and bursting with taste. A wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat. Thank you for this magnificent evening ❤️
