A real gem. Everything was just right: the welcome, the service, the food, the setting… You can taste the quality ingredients, the local produce, the homemade touches, and above all, the desire to do things well. A place where you feel comfortable and where you already want to return.

The welcome was warm; Madame Lenoir is smiling and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant where you eat very well and feel truly welcome. It's been a very long time since I've had the pleasure of being so satisfied with a restaurant! Everything was perfect: the ambiance, the decor (very tasteful), the service, and the food. The cooking was flawless, and the staff's suggestions were beautifully presented to highlight the ingredients prepared by the chef. Finally, plates without frozen fries, featuring perfectly cooked vegetables that added a vibrant color to the dish, accompanied by golden sautéed potatoes cooked in duck fat. Bravo! I finished with a magnificent gourmet coffee that lived up to everything we had tasted before. These restaurateurs truly respect the rules of their craft, and I think if it were located closer to a more populated area, we would have had trouble getting a table at the last minute, as they would be constantly full. The "Souris d'agneau" (swine shank) as a main course was a highly recommended choice – the meat was very tender, the vegetables exceptionally fresh. However, the selection of appetizers didn't impress us; the "Planche" (charcuterie platter) with meats and cheeses was served in large chunks, like something you'd find in a mountain hut, which doesn't live up to the restaurant's culinary standards. It's particularly disappointing that the wine doesn't receive the attention it deserves – the producers of the wines by the glass aren't mentioned, and the glasses are brought to the table already poured without showing the guests the specific bottle (though an exception is made for regular customers). Small bottles aren't available either, which is a real shame. There's no outdoor seating in the summer, and despite the fans, it's quite warm inside.
