Resto les marots sur Colomiers

I preferred it when Isabelle Gaviolli was there. The Asian chef presented refined cuisine with original flavors. Now it's cafeteria food. The waitresses are efficient, but it seems the kitchen isn't keeping up. They also seriously need to improve the soundproofing. I'm not sure I'll be back.

Great service and a warm welcome. The server always had a smile and created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere despite the rush. The food was good, the burgers were amazing, and the French toast was excellent. However, you can tell they're understaffed; an extra person would really help. I used to work in the industry, so I can understand their perspective. 😊

Special mention to Lionel, a very attentive, professional, and caring waiter who also knows how to bring a touch of good humor to the service 😉. An address I highly recommend. The Burger des Marots is a must-try!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Marots burgers; everything was excellent, including the bun. The waitresses were very pleasant and attentive, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the restaurant isn't noisy, which is much appreciated. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

My wife and I had a lovely evening. The staff are very friendly and the food was delicious. We felt right at home. 👍
