Passing through one evening at the end of April, we were lucky enough to be seated at the last minute at the bar, as the restaurant was full. And now we know why! The food was homemade and delicious, from the vinaigrette to the whipped cream, including the Époisses sauce (Thank you, Madam). They also have a good selection of local wines. As for the friendliness and efficiency of the service (Thank you, Sir), we quickly understood why the regulars keep coming back! Don't miss this wonderful establishment.

A great stop in Digoin. While sightseeing in the town, and with the restaurant where we wanted to have lunch closed, we headed to this one on the outskirts. Despite not having a reservation, we were able to get two seats on the terrace. The interior and exterior decor could use a refresh, but our meal was very enjoyable. The menu included veal stew, crème brûlée, and lemon tart, all for a very competitive price including coffee. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

The meat wasn't very tender. Otherwise, it was good.

The initial contact by phone was pleasant when we made the reservation. And what a wonderful discovery it was when we arrived! The welcome was warm, the menu varied and original. We had a lovely time, and the dishes and desserts were perfect. We'll be back! 🙂

The food is decent...excellent value for money. The portions are generous...the service is slow...and the dining room isn't pleasant because it echoes so much that it's hard to hear each other.
