Very nice place, super good food, helpful and friendly staff

A classic mountain refuge...a little small.

Cozy place and friendly staff. We have never stayed overnight, but we have been several times for a Sunday lunch after a light walk in the mountains in the winter and the food is very good, I recommend the green anchovies.

Breathtaking location, very kind staff, impeccable typical cuisine! Mandatory stop, we go there on every holiday! Super top! 👍👍

The refuge is located in an easily accessible position, both in summer and winter, following the main route that starts from Pian del Colle. The place is not very large (reservation is required) and is in typical mountain style. Typical traditional dishes are served with generous portions and an excellent quality/price ratio. The menu formulas proposed are highly recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I can't give an opinion on the rooms because I didn't stay in the hotel, I instead had lunch after a snowshoe excursion. Good polenta concia with stew and or sausage all served separately plate with cheeses (gorgonzola and toma) terracotta pan with stew and or sausage and terracotta pan with polenta also good desserts. Excellent value for money, absolutely worth trying.

We stayed at the I Re Magi refuge for two nights last New Year's Eve. It was a wonderful experience that we would certainly like to repeat. The refuge is very welcoming and typical of the high mountains. Being a group with children, and having booked in advance, we took advantage of the rooms with 2 or 4 beds, as well as the shared bathroom. Very kind and welcoming staff, delicious food. The mountain view is exceptional; peace and silence are priceless. About 1 hour's walk away we visited Lake Verde, characteristic precisely for its emerald green color caused by an algae present in the seabed. We were lucky enough to be able to admire the spectacular color and, given the season, see part of it half frozen.

Consumato sul posto panino acciughe al verde. Nulla di eccezionale ma visto il posto direi che sia andata comunque bene. Buono il tiramisù

Rifugio con vista eccezionale sulle montagne, personale gentile e cordiale. Pasti di ottima qualità e abbondanti. Se avrò possibilità sicuramente è un posto da ritornarci.
