Overall, the meal was quite decent despite the waiter's lack of friendliness; he clearly didn't want to be there for lunch on a Sunday. We noticed a radical change in the presentation of the starter, which is a shame because the pyramid shape was much more appealing! But the enjoyment was just as good! The beef carpaccio was very fresh, and the pistachios added a real touch of class. We'll be back to try their upcoming menu.

Del Arte, a world-renowned restaurant chain. The food is decent and the service is quick, but nothing extraordinary. The sharing platter is nice and quite generous for an aperitif. It's available for 2, 4, or 6 people, if I remember correctly. The pizzas are alright, with a satisfactory selection. However, the seafood pasta is best avoided. It's bland and uninteresting. The location is pretty good. It's near the CGR cinema in Colmar and next to a large parking lot that's paid during the day but free in the evening. However, the parking lot is full in the evening because of the cinema. From the restaurant, you can quickly access Colmar city center.
