Friendly and very knowledgeable staff.
If you're in Paris and want to try an original pinsa (one of the few in all of France) and eat authentic Italian cuisine, you have to go to Vale&Ale.

One of the best pizzas I've had for a long time. The dough was crispy, chewy and soft all at once, the toppings were out of this world and the pasta looked divine. The staff are Italian and so friendly, it feels like you've been invited to eat with family at their house. The restaurant is small and cosy, perfect for a meal with close friends and family or even a romantic evening. If you're looking for delicious Italian food, look no further.

Charming little restaurant with a very warm welcome. The pintosa was delicious and generously filled. Excellent fresh pasta. Highly recommended! Reservations are recommended.

Wow! What an awesome surprise to find this gem! We loved this place so much, we went back a second time a week later. Intimate atmosphere, super authentic service in French, Italian, and English. Food was incredible both times. Only about 10 tables but full of local Parisians. I’ll go there several more times in the future when back in town. Cannot recommend enough.
