We opted for the set lunch menu. The starters and main courses were excellent, though the dessert was a slight disappointment. The service was very friendly and professional. The wine list was superb. Be sure to check your total, as the machine doesn't always automatically match set menu items with à la carte orders.

An excellent restaurant that we particularly enjoyed. Everything was perfect: refined and delicious cuisine, impeccable service, an elegant and pleasant setting, and excellent value for money. But what perhaps impressed us most was the kindness of the staff, who were warm, attentive, and extremely discreet. Their presence was always just right, never intrusive, which greatly contributed to the enjoyment of the experience. We had a very pleasant time at La Tosca and will gladly return. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

We had a wonderful lunch at Tosca restaurant. The welcome was simply exceptional (thank you to Aurélien and the sommelier who introduced us to a magnificent non-alcoholic wine) and the food was excellent! You can tell that the good humor and pleasure in welcoming guests are genuine and not forced. I will definitely recommend Tosca to my friends and family and will be back. Yet, just steps from the Élysée Palace, this particular establishment stands out with remarkable precision. Located in the former workshop of Pierre Cardin, transformed by the Italian hotel group Roberto Naldi Collection into an elegant family-run establishment with understated luxury, the restaurant takes its name from Giacomo Puccini's legendary opera. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere sets the tone: discreet sophistication, a Milanese spirit, and a perfectly mastered attention to detail. Since 2024, Chef Paolo Ambrogio has been crafting a culinary symphony that celebrates traditional Italy with a contemporary twist, drawing on popular Italian recipes which he then refines with finesse and precision. The service, with its smiles and impeccable orchestration by Aurélien, is an integral part of the experience. You're swept away as if on a transalpine getaway. At lunchtime, a three-course menu allows you to discover the chef's world. An immediate favorite is the pappa al pomodoro, an emblem of Tuscan cucina povera: a comforting blend of Tuscan bread, simmered tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil, executed with masterful simplicity. For the main course, the mezzi rigatoni with cherry tomatoes, guanciale, and pecorino cheese seduces with its perfectly balanced richness, while the spaghetoni with basil pesto shines with its freshness and aromatic intensity. The desserts extend the journey with the same elegance. Special mention goes to the chocolate cake, reminiscent of a dark chocolate cannelloni, filled with almond ganache and topped with a cherry liqueur espuma: a creation that is both generous and refined. In the evening, Tosca unveils a more expansive experience with a five-course menu, also available à la carte. True to the restaurant's inclusive spirit, a fully vegetarian option is offered, crafted with the same high standards as the rest of the menu.
