They were so friendly and when I asked if they had iced Americano, I said “Ahh” in Korean?? Haha so sweet🩵 They even said a simple thank you in Korean and it was fun. Madeleines are sweet and delicious

Tempted by the revisited pain au chocolat: disappointing, dry, not worth the price. The marble cake raised the bar but given the reputation of the place, my expectations were high, I am disappointed and will not return.

My favorite pastry. A real downside. THE SERVICE. The sellers are friendly BUT do not know the products. On Saturday, the day before Easter, the saleswoman did not know what the filling was for the madeleine Easter egg + When I offered the boxes, I was very disappointed because one of the products purchased was not the one I wanted. I asked the saleswoman. A bit limited for a place like this. Otherwise, delicious. But please brief the staff.

Today we tried plain croissant, pain au chocolat and lemon and plain madeleine. For the first, the puff pastry was correct but not airy enough and therefore stuffy. The pain au chocolat was tasty but a little disgusting and the madeleines were too sweet (coated in syrup). Nothing beats the traditional croissant or other in a home-made bakery. And the saleswoman wasn't very friendly either... Too bad...

A taste experience that lived up to my expectations! We went to get the famous “Millefeuille To Go”, it is just EXCELLENT, it is not for nothing that the Ritz pastry chef was voted Best Restaurant Pastry Chef in the World. I 100% recommend the millefeuille. The decoration and atmosphere of the Ritz counter was very nice, very friendly.

We came especially to taste the famous milk Ritz and the delicious madeleines of Chef François Perret. Our taste buds were in turmoil because everything was so good. Difficult to choose among the many flavors of madeleines but we fell in love with “apricot-lavender”. Thank you Chef for this delicious snack.

Just perfect. These pastries are the best I have eaten in Paris and are well worth their price. The mille-feuille was just incredible, the sugar perfectly balanced, the textures, the good taste of vanilla and caramel, and what can we say about the maxi cookie... A real killer, not heavy at all, full of taste, melting and crunchy to taste. that time! Update: I went back to taste other pastries and the report remains the same, I haven't found a better pastry in Paris so far. The milk Ritz was nothing short of magical, the chestnut dessert melted in your mouth and the passion fruit dessert was incredibly light and subtle. I also tasted the filled madeleines as well as the pastries: I don't even have a word to describe them except: go for it, the price may be scary but you won't regret it. PS: You will also find the best ham and butter sandwich on this planet, believe me it is worth the detour…

One of the most beautiful pastry shops I have visited abroad. Nice space, well-kept, the window is so nicely designed that it beckons you to enter the store and try the fresh sweets that the store has!!
