An amazing experience! The coffee was exceptional and absolutely delicious, and the lemon madeleines were hands down one of the best things I've tried. Special thanks to Corentin for the outstanding service and warm hospitality—he truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

I had a Ritz with milk and a madeleine.
For the Ritz, I was expecting the pinnacle of flavor, a five-star experience.
In the end, it was rather ordinary…good, but not exceptional…

We had quite a few things at the Ritz and, overall, it was a real treat. The pastries were absolutely incredible, as beautiful as they were delicious!
However, we were a little disappointed with the sandwiches. The puff pastry was rather hard and unfortunately gave the impression that they might have been prepared the day before. It was a shame, especially considering the exceptional quality of the pastries.
It was still a very nice experience overall, but this small point could perhaps be improved. 😊

The shop is beautifully decorated, but very small, with limited seating. The pastries look very appealing. I had a pain au chocolat, which was somewhat underwhelming. The staff and service were very good and friendly.

I was expecting much more from Ritz Le Comptoir. We tried the revisited mille-feuille, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations.
The pastry was quite hard, and there was too much caramel, which overpowered the delicate flavors you would normally expect from an authentic mille-feuille.
At €17 for one mille-feuille, the price is definitely on the high side, especially considering the experience.
That said, the setting is beautiful and very Instagrammable, with an elegant atmosphere that is definitely worth mentioning.
Overall, a lovely place visually, but for the price and reputation, I expected a more refined pastry experience.

The flan was excellent, with a lovely flaky texture, but not very practical to eat. The mille-feuille was a bit of a letdown; I found it too sweet, with too much caramel, almost sickening. A shame, because the puff pastry itself was very good.
