A very pleasant surprise. The food is excellent; the dishes are prepared with a genuine desire to do things well, to please, and to share knowledge. We met Rolland, the manager, who was constantly moving between the dining room and the kitchen. He served us, cooked for us, and told us snippets of history from his native India. He is a fascinating and passionate person. There's nothing to criticize; the food is delicious, the restaurant is impeccably clean, and the management is incredibly attentive.
