Lots of choice, acceptable quality, clean and well stocked.
It remains to improve the overly hasty welcome and the lack of enthusiasm of the waiters/waitresses..

Very good with choice, pleasant setting, fair price, clean toilets, but the dishes were barely hot when they opened for lunch.
I'm going back without hesitation, especially for the caramel pork, which is delicious 👍

The Royal Buffet in Tours is simply exceptional! The restaurant offers a varied buffet with delicious dishes that will delight all palates. Good buffet, quite a choice, the sushi is good and this is not always the case in buffets. The buffet is quite limited to move around and I didn't really like the seafood (a little doubt about the whelks) but apart from that it's very correct

Pleasant welcome. Servers also smiling and pleasant. As for the kitchen. Choice certainly but tasteless flavors. Really not great. Very fatty. Finger rinses are indeed required... Chicken with lemongrass.... I'm still looking for where it was... Probably still in the freezer. I thought I would make up for the desserts which looked appetizing... industrial and still frozen..... What a shame... The coffee was good. In short, I am a regular at buffets and the quality is clearly not there. I didn't go back because there was no culinary interest.... Too bad.

The food is very good, but no relationships mean customer slaughter.
The basis in catering is that the arrival and departure of the customer be careful and well that is not the case especially at the departure... the gentleman at the cash register seems overwhelmed, not even good evening and icy cold . Very unfortunate on the personal side.
