After an accident (a bad fall, twisting my knee and both ankles, which were quite swollen), I came to your restaurant with my family to grab a bite to eat before taking the ferry home. After eating, I tried to cool my swollen knee with a cold water bottle.
Ms. Andacs noticed this and promptly brought me a blue glove filled with ice cubes to help. She also asked if there was anything else she could help me with, such as bringing me something else to eat or drink. For your employee, helping was simply a matter of course. I, on the other hand, was very pleasantly surprised by such thoughtfulness, helpfulness, and kindness.
