Saigon sur Dijon

Absolutely fantastic, everything is truly excellent. The Banh mi is the best in Dijon.

My family wanted to have some Vietnamese Banh Mi during our stay in Dijon. So I googled and found this one close to our hotel. Luckily, we got the last breads of the day! I ordered the Bun Bo for me. While the dishes were prepared I had a nice chat with one of the owners (the husband, I forgot to ask his name!). We shared some personal stories and also how he joined the restaurant business. I wish the family all the best and hope they can continue to spread Vietnamese "street food" culture to the 3rd generation and beyond.

Have found this little delicious Vietnamese restaurant close to our apartment, everything is made from fresh, so delicious. This tea has been here in Dijon for 22 years, and currently run by the 2nd generation, definitely come again. If you ever visit Dijon, please stop by.
