Saigon sur Dijon

Passing through Dijon, we were looking for takeout and stumbled upon Viet's Corner. It was perfect! Excellent bo bun, prepared by a smiling and honest gentleman. The prices are more than reasonable and the wait wasn't long at all. It's clear this little business is a victim of its own success because by the end of the day, several dishes were no longer available in the display case, but the chef was happy to make more upon request.

Absolutely fantastic, everything is truly excellent. The Banh mi is the best in Dijon.

My family wanted to have some Vietnamese Banh Mi during our stay in Dijon. So I googled and found this one close to our hotel. Luckily, we got the last breads of the day! I ordered the Bun Bo for me. While the dishes were prepared I had a nice chat with one of the owners (the husband, I forgot to ask his name!). We shared some personal stories and also how he joined the restaurant business. I wish the family all the best and hope they can continue to spread Vietnamese "street food" culture to the 3rd generation and beyond.

Absolutely delicious food and very attentive service. Unfortunately, it's only available for takeaway, but I'd gladly order again.

Fantastic experience! We eat here regularly and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it. Besides the food, the service is excellent, and the gentleman is very kind! Everything is homemade... in short, go for it!
