Claude is a very engaging, entertaining and the perfect host. “Chez Claude”, as the bar is known locally is for people who like to socialise. Well worth your time, we stopped for 1 beer and stayed all night.

29/11/2025: If you're looking for a truly authentic Italian experience in Chalon-sur-Saône, ENZA is the restaurant you absolutely must visit. It feels like eating at your Nonna's house: it's genuine, warm, and welcoming. This family-run restaurant is managed by a lovely couple. The menu is simple, the lasagna is delicious, and the homemade bread is simply divine! We adore this place and highly recommend it.
