We received an extremely warm welcome! The servers adapted perfectly to our group, which was mostly made up of Americans. The recommendations were excellent ✨ We were lucky enough to meet and congratulate the chef, who confirmed that he cooks dishes from his childhood, and it shows! Thank you for everything 😁

We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed some excellent Alsatian specialties in this charming, authentic little restaurant, ideally located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet close to it. The Fleischschnaka were delicious! Thank you.

We had a wonderful meal. We received a very warm and friendly welcome with helpful advice. The traditional Alsatian cuisine was excellent. We had a fantastic time and were delighted with our family meal. We felt like we'd avoided the tourist traps! 👌

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a smile and genuine kindness—a rare quality these days and one that deserves to be highlighted. The food is excellent, entirely homemade with seasonal produce, offering flavorful, generous, and perfectly balanced dishes. Special mention goes to the desserts: absolutely delicious, and the tarts... simply divine! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing meal. A very handy bonus: you can reserve and order the daily special for takeout from Tuesday to Friday (by ordering the day before). A pure delight, I highly recommend it! ✨🤤

26/05/2026: A winstub with a terrace set back from the street, serving many authentic Alsatian specialties. The staff is pleasant and smiling. The vol-au-vent was excellent, as were the perfectly crispy spaetzle that went so well with it, and the sauce was delicious. Better than at the old establishment! A little disappointed by the grumbeerkiechle (part of the salmon Big Mac), one of which was really overcooked, and the pitcher of white wine wasn't chilled... But the baba au kirsch (very generously served) made up for everything! We will return to this friendly restaurant.
