The traditional Alsatian cuisine was excellent. We had a fantastic time and were delighted with our family meal. We felt like we'd avoided the tourist traps! 👌

An exceptional restaurant tucked away in a quiet alley in Strasbourg's old town!
The food is delicious and flavorful, showcasing true culinary expertise. I recommend the hanger steak with pepper sauce and the profiteroles (if you still have room). The service is impeccable, and the waiters will offer friendly and cheerful advice. In short, a superb restaurant that will allow you to appreciate all the subtleties of Alsatian cuisine!

The food was as good as the service. I picked this place somewhat randomly, but it deserves so much more recognition! The waiter was amazing!

I discovered this restaurant thanks to a Strasbourg local who spoke highly of it, and I’m so glad I followed the recommendation. Taste is personal, of course, but everything we tried was genuinely delightful. There were two of us, and we shared each dish—every plate was delicious. The service was attentive without ever feeling rushed, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The charming interior adds so much to the atmosphere and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We had lunch there today and enjoyed an excellent meal. The "Boeuf d'onglet" was fantastic, and the "Fleichschnaka" was also very tasty, served with delicious Spätzle, sauerkraut, and red cabbage, accompanied by a delicious Pinot Rouge.
For dessert, we had flambéed crème brûlée and cappuccino—everything was superb. The service was exceptionally friendly, and the ambiance was charmingly rustic and cozy. Our little Yorkshire Terrier was also welcome. We will definitely return the next time we are in Strasbourg. Thank you very much, and see you soon!
