I highly recommend Bistrot PIM, formerly Saint Vincent, having been there many times. I appreciate the stylish yet relaxed atmosphere, the friendliness of the waitress and Pim himself. The expert cooking and a menu that changes with the seasons are the icing on the cake. Don't change a thing, I'll be back.

Simply wow — absolutely outstanding every single time. Every dish is bursting with flavor and prepared with real passion and creativity. The chef truly works magic in the kitchen. There’s something on the menu for everyone, and each plate looks like a piece of art. Beautiful presentation, perfectly balanced flavors, fast and attentive service, and very fair prices for the quality you receive. A place that never disappoints — highly, highly recommended.

The daily special was excellent, made with fresh ingredients and very generous portions. We had a wonderful time. The service was very attentive and professional; we'll be back!

Lunch was decent, but the price seemed high for a burger, even with the homemade fries. However, the service was the biggest drawback; I felt like I was bothering the waitress, who was very unfriendly, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the entire meal.

EXCELLENT! The meal and the service Initially just stopping by for an aperitif before heading to another restaurant, the quality of the wine, champagne, and shared appetizer, along with the enthusiastic recommendations of our waitress Margot, convinced us to cancel our plans and stay. We then enjoyed the shredded turkey and salmon focaccia—incredible! We followed this with two main courses: lamb and the fish of the day. Not only was the service excellent and pleasant, but the selection of local products and their presentation on the plate were a delight. (Note: Try the St. Joseph red wine ;) ) Thank you to the chef and Margot!
