We had a wonderful time at Salento Marais, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.
We ate on the terrace, comfortably seated in the shade and sunlight. The street is pedestrianized, creating a particularly pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The proximity to Place Sainte-Catherine also adds a lot of charm to the neighborhood.
I chose the pappardelle with salmon and dill: a truly delicious dish, with a generous and hearty portion. A fantastic discovery!
For dessert, the homemade tiramisu was also excellent and the perfect ending to the meal.
I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food, its setting, and its ambiance. We had a very enjoyable time!

Absolutely fantastic!
Excellent Italian cuisine, refined and expertly prepared. The clams were cooked to perfection, the pear carpaccio accompaniment to a rich gorgonzola risotto was a subtle and delightful combination. Other equally perfect and inventive dishes delighted our guests, whose enthusiasm was unanimous.
My challenge: to find a good restaurant for six, quiet, in a quiet, warm, and cozy neighborhood. Salento ticked all the boxes with attentive and friendly service. Bravo!
