The place is still as welcoming and friendly as ever, but the presentation of the tea in a glass surprised me and no longer reflects the elegance of the establishment. I knew Mrs. Broadbeck, who is a very classy woman; it's a shame the new owners aren't preserving the true values, otherwise everything is good—the pastries, the breads, a real treat.

The desserts are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We went during lunchtime and it was quite crowded. The restrooms are clean.

La Gourmandise, an iconic and reliable choice! The quiches are always delicious, the daily specials varied and well-prepared. The desserts are equally exquisite, all in a very pleasant setting with equally friendly staff!
