A lovely restaurant located in a central square in Bastia's historic center. The Corsican soup is excellent; I highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery! We took a short stroll through the citadel and stumbled upon Sampiero on the museum square. A super welcome, already a great start! A lovely menu, and we had a fantastic lunch. Don't change a thing! See you very soon! 😉👍

This restaurant is exceptional, offering excellent value for money and an incredible view. You absolutely must stop by if you're visiting the citadel. The owner and staff are top-notch, living up to their vision with a superb menu! The owner adds a touch of good humor 😁!!! Stop by!! You won't regret it.

I had the magret canard, which I think was the best I've tasted here in Corsica. The prices are in line with the island's standards.

14/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was truly delicious, with flavorful and generous portions. But beyond the quality of the meal, it was the warm welcome and kindness of the owner that truly impressed us. He was absolutely wonderful with our one-year-old son, taking the time to look after him during our meal so we could eat more peacefully. This kind of attentiveness is rare and deserves to be highlighted. A huge thank you for your kindness and the warm atmosphere; we will definitely be back!

09/08/2025: Having visited many times, we are never disappointed. Everything is always perfect, sophisticated, beautifully presented, fresh and original.
23/07/2025: The service and atmosphere were excellent. The flavors were spot on. However, we were a little disappointed by the amount of fish. At €25 for a plate of pasta with sea bass, we expected more than just a few small pieces at the bottom of the plate.
