Heard a lot of talk, stop for a lunch break, the setting is so-so, we were expecting something more “cozy”. Big disappointment with the pastries which are very ordinary. There are other much better places in Toulouse.

By displaying each cake like jewelry from a Place Vendôme jewelry store, we can only expect prices... of the same challenge: and it's verified! Sandwich of the day: €9 Pastry at 6€ on average. It's easy 1€ to 1€50 more expensive than pastries from the Marseille sweet shop or from Marrou. The service is quite courteous. No more. The place is too cramped to make you want to linger there. Maybe on the 1st floor? Taste-wise, it’s not great art but I recognize that it was very good, but we are still far from the excellence and/or creativity of these aforementioned Marseille colleagues Just a little more effort!

I made a point to stop here before I left the city and was not disappointed. My pastry was delicious. The shop is like a museum; everything is beautifully presented. The staff spoke English which was very helpful.

Extremely expensive. Service ok. The desserts are good but VERY sweet. Wilted flowers on the tables, plastic chairs with stained cushions. Toilets just ok. An establishment that claims to be luxurious but is far from being....

The pastries are delicious and prepared with care. Very nice experience with the new waitress who is very smiling and very welcoming. I recommend!! 🧁🍰

Excellent pastry, a real treat as much for the eyes as for the taste buds, where there is a problem is the coffees served in dirty cups and frankly really not at the level of this superb pastry (for clarification it was the tall white cups), we will come back with pleasure but not for a coffee

Hôtel Le Bristol Restaurant

03/12/2024: I ate at the hotel restaurant, it was very good, but when it came to service, the 2 young waitresses were lost and they didn't know what they were selling, it was a shame when I asked what it was made of. a sauce with an allergy, she just told me that she didn't know... they went back and forth a lot, passed in front of me I tried a smile to make it clear that I wanted to move on in the end I I left.. no smile in return nothing, one would say that they are drunk to be there, it's really a shame because the food is excellent... that the boss trains his employees...
27/11/2024: Excellent place to stay for a night. Nice café and restaurant. Excellent services 👌 👏🏼

13/08/2024: The place lives up to its name, we have rarely seen such smiling service What more can I say except that there is nothing to complain about, between the representative setting of Toulouse and the choice of drinks which would delight everyone, it is a place which is worth the detour
19/07/2024: I was there just yesterday! the team is top notch, very friendly, fast and quality service, all with laughter and hygiene. The terrace allows you to enjoy sunny days in our beautiful pink city! and the lively setting of Trinity Square is just a plus. I highly recommend this warm place (with a beer ;)).
