Atmosphere faithful to what is done in Japan. A small traditional Izakaya… the food is quality. On the other hand, the price remains a little too steep but hey, there isn't really better quality in Boulogne
I understood the meaning of the comment about using takeout. On August 1st, I came to Paris for the Olympics. Sushi is decent. Shari is warm to human skin and has a soft texture. The problem is the facilities and service. The store does not have a cooler. It's hot even in a normal house, but it's a bit harsh in a small restaurant where there are people and fires are used. The waitress is a Japanese woman who is fluent in French. He's a good person. But I think she probably doesn't know professional waitress service. It stays in the back and comes out occasionally. Waitresses' job is to serve customers, so they are basically in front of customers. Customers cannot simply order something and leave it alone. Refills on drinks, water, additional orders, maybe sudden changes. We are there to respond to them. I also recommend takeout. Maybe the store doesn't want you to have to say a lot of things, so it might be better that way. I used to live in Paris, so I have some knowledge of Japanese food there.
