Sans Souci sur Magny-Le-Hongre

Very disappointing stay overall. We returned from the park around midnight only to be informed that the water had been shut off and was expected to return around 1:00 AM. We stayed awake until after 2:00 AM waiting, but there was still no water. After a long day at the park, not being able to shower or even properly wash up was incredibly frustrating and frankly quite gross. The rooms were acceptable, but I was concerned about the bunk beds. My son slept on the top bunk, and the safety railing appeared to have been removed and reattached multiple times, with several old screw holes visible. It did not inspire confidence in its safety. The shuttle service was another major disappointment. It was so overcrowded that after waiting 45 minutes, we still couldn’t get on. We ultimately had to spend an additional €30 on a taxi just to get back to the hotel. The staff are very pleasant and trying to help during the water outage with bottled water. We will not be staying again.
