Great Location, Excellent service and very convenient for Disney World visitors

The Dream Castle Hotel is truly magical. Interior wise it is absolutely stunning but the staff makes the hotel even more, everyone was so friendly and patient whilst remaining very professional. Food was fabulous and had a vast variety to chose from. Bar area is so welcoming and inviting and there is a great buzz around that area. My children enjoyed the soft play area and spent hours playing in the swimming pool and making friends. I wish I had visited in hotter months so we could utilise the stunning outdoor pool. Shuttle bus to DLP was every 10 minutes or so or there are array of private shuttles to hand. I would highly recommend this hotel.

When writing this review I was between three and four stars I put three because while the overall experience was excellent because it is combined with the visit to Disneyland, if you put the hotel alone it has many shortcomings for the price you pay, among the shortcomings first and foremost how the pool is from cold to freezing while it is supposed to be heated, also to get to the spa area you have to go through the reception in your bathing suit to ask for towels since it is not included in the room, slippers and bathrobe are not provided (unacceptable), the food at the buffet you were absent the same way in the evening, there is a chance that in the evening you will see people sitting in the hotel lounge on the floor and eating pizzas from the boxes. On the plus side, the staff are all kind, from reception to cleaning. Ending i I will say that it is a shame that such a beautiful hotel has these shortcomings it could be improved in these areas I mentioned.

Large hotel with a large reception hall. Good and fast reception at the counters. Family and international atmosphere everywhere, a lively place in the evening for young and old as well as the indoor swimming pool which has a pool for adults, one for toddlers and a very popular jacuzzi. Frequent shuttles and paid parking of 15 euros per night.

Dream Castle is a nice hotel. Rooms are also big enough. Breakfast is okay, with so many guests it can't be handled any differently. It depends on the children, so plastic dishes so that there are no broken pieces on the floor. But price performance doesn't match.

Room has one or two quirks. Flushing doesn't work quite right. Regarding the service, unfortunately a bit incompetent at dinner. Food is not 1A either. Hot foods are not warm and are not refilled often.

The hotel was nice. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. The only bad thing was the buffet. I saw dirty dishes of other people everywhere no one wanted to clean up the dishes which was very bad.

Lovely hotel, fantastic décor, bed was really comfortable , bath room seems a little dated but functional, staff really nice and breakfast is good and has plenty of choice. Soon as you walk in the hotel it feels magical. Short journey to Disney land via bus or taxi is great. BUT…….. the bus to Disney from the hotel is fine but coming home on an evening is bloody horrendous. People literally fight to get on the bus they push and have no care for others. If you have a pushchair or wheel chair be prepared to not get on no body will be considerate it’s literally everybody for them self the second the doors open. People seem to forget about the younger children been crushed or falling over as happened on both occasions we traveled on it. People were arguing about who got on 1st. If you want to feel like a sardine in a tin then get on the bus but failing that get a taxi and be wary of the chancers who arnt taxis. To sum it up Brilliant hotel, Disney was brilliant but totally let down by the poor transport. Maybe more busses are needed how there hasn’t been a fight or someone has been hurt is beyond me. Quite disappointed with this hotel which calls itself 4 stars, we are clearly not at the level of what we expect from a 4 star We paid around €400 for 2 nights for 2. The setting is incredible and we really have the “wow” effect when we enter the lobby. Once in the room, it's clean, comfortable bedding, but the bathroom is not possible. The shower support does not hold, even the screw covers fall off, no pressure in the shower because the shower head is so scaled we see dowels in the tiles which have not been blocked, a shame. For breakfast, apart from the room manager, she is as unpleasant as possible, whether with the customers, almost all foreigners, who therefore do not understand what she says, but also with her colleagues to whom she speaks as if they were minors. nothing and who says "damn that makes me drunk" as soon as she passes (madam you have to change jobs if it no longer suits you! I am outraged to see this type of behavior in 2024 and even more so in the service and with colleagues) the rest of the staff is very pleasant despite customers not always being respectful, there is a lot of choice and it's pretty good. We were unable to enjoy the spa because we arrived too late As for the jacuzzi, disappointed too! It is in poor condition, no ramp to hold on to when entering or leaving, it is dangerous because it is slippery. The indoor pool is small and monopolized by children so we were not able to enjoy it either. The Disney shuttle is a big plus for the hotel!
