Perfect location with great sea view. Food is with good price but the seafood itself wasn’t fresh. Fries are nicely cooked.

The welcome was super warm, and we indulged in the discovery menu, which we highly recommend. The charcuterie, veal with olives, fish, and Bastiaise mussels were all delicious and perfectly cooked. To top it all off, we were offered an aperitif, a thoughtful touch that always makes us happy. We recommend it without hesitation. See you soon.

Very good restaurant with very pleasant staff, quiet service without being rushed. Very good Corsica pizza well garnished. In addition, this restaurant has a very beautiful terrace with a sea view.

We had three menus for €21 (starter + main course). Everything was delicious. The place is on the seafront, the service impeccable. The owner, Carola, is very friendly. The coffee (Lavazza) is also excellent.

06/03/2026: Restaurant, café, sharing, smiles—what can't the South do? Friendly, welcoming, offering a beautiful view of the old port and delicious food. Le Sud is the place to go in Bastia to relax and have a good time.

28/02/2026: I went to eat at this restaurant for lunch. The setting and atmosphere were decent, however, the service was excellent. But when you learn that the owner hires staff who have legal problems and are wanted by the police, frankly, it's worrying. I'm honestly surprised by this restaurant, but well, it's everyone's choice.
