All the staff are Japanese, and it truly feels like stepping into Japan as soon as you enter the restaurant.
I ordered the tempura udon with two prawns and egg on top, and it was really good. The udon noodles had a nice chewy texture, and the soup wasn’t too strong in flavour — it was light, smooth, and paired perfectly with the noodles. I also had a draft beer, which was fresh and nicely carbonated, making the meal even more relaxing.
However, I wasn’t quite sure why the freshly fried tempura prawns were served directly on top of the soup udon instead of on a separate plate. The batter quickly soaked up the soup, so the texture wasn’t as crispy as I expected. I would have preferred the tempura to stay crunchy on the outside.
There aren’t many seats available. If you sit at the bar counter, you can watch the chefs prepare the food right in front of you, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a great place for authentic Japanese udon in a cosy and lively setting.

It's not bad, nothing exceptional (which isn't a problem), nice for a classic udon experience. Note that the tables are very close together and it's quite noisy.

We had a lovely time with friends on a Sunday evening at 10:30 PM with no waiting at all.
My only expectations were based on reviews and recommendations. We were disappointed, but perhaps the bar was set too high.
It's a classic restaurant; the udon noodles are fresh and tasty. The side dishes aren't exceptional; the shrimp tempura at €5 is basic. If you like eating vegetables, this isn't the restaurant for you. My dish was the one with the most vegetables, but it only had seaweed. As for the curry, the beef was a bit fatty, and the whole thing was quite spicy.
The place is nice, the service is efficient, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. They were closing, but they didn't bother us at all; they were very polite and calm. A lot of hardworking staff, very well organized—it's almost impressive.
I'll come back to try and change my mind, but I'll have to wait in line.

This udon restaurant is perfect for those cold days in Paris, when you'll find yourself anticipating rainy or chilly days.
The taste is, of course, excellent, and for Koreans who find the fast pace of Parisian dining frustrating, the quick ordering, service, and checkout are convenient, making it a great option for those busy days.
As someone who's lived in Japan, I find this udon better than most Japanese udon.

It's been a while since I've had Japanese food. I ordered a set meal, and the burdock rice was really delicious, and the udon was also incredibly tasty. It tastes just like what I've had in Japan. (Sometimes, you get people who eat something that looks similar but doesn't taste like the original.)

It seems to be run by Japanese people, so it has a local flavor.

A very good Japanese restaurant offering udon noodles with a menu translated into several languages: French, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
However, the portion sizes need improvement (they're not enough) if you just order a bowl of noodles without toppings.
And if you order the set menu (the price of a bowl of udon plus a few euros), they offer a small bowl of beef rice, chicken, and a tamagoyaki omelet. The omelet was slightly sweet, the rice was unfortunately a bit cold, and the chicken wasn't crispy enough.
The restaurant is quite crowded, so you get packed in quickly. There was a short wait outside the restaurant of about ten minutes, but the server was very efficient (cleaning and resetting the tables).

I can say that this is the best ramen in Paris. The soup is just the right consistency, without being heavy or too salty – which is often the problem with ramen.
