Excellent shop for sweets, ice cream, and jams. But the service is disappointing. We go twice a week, and we never receive any special attention. Yesterday, we were even disappointed not to find the vanilla flavor the children wanted. We gathered from the conversation between the two sales assistants that the flavor was in stock but that they wouldn't bring it out until another display bin was empty… if that's really the case, it's not very customer-friendly, especially since they mentioned it right in front of us, clearly just to upset the children… I even had to ask for gift bags for the jams; the sales assistant doesn't offer them otherwise. In short, some disappointments, but we'll go back for the quality of the products.
