Magnificent, extraordinary. Really really love it

A huge pot! We ate so much we had to take some home. The flavor was strong, and it went well with corn tortillas.

The location is excellent, the braised beef brisket is very generous in portion, goes perfectly with rice, and I was very satisfied with my meal.

The portion was very generous, I'm so full!

This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in Paris ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a place I visit when I crave something spicy in Paris. It is famous for its Sichuan-style fish dishes. I think it is a good price if three people share a whole fish dish.

Many shops in Paris were closed in August, but this little restaurant in the 9th arrondissement was still packed. The air conditioning was comfortable, and I'd definitely go back! Signature Chicken Pot (be careful if you like spicy food, I ordered the mild version). The clay pot arrived steaming hot, each piece of chicken coated in chili oil, glistening and red—it looked so appetizing! The rooster thigh meat was tender and flavorful. The texture was quite different from the Chenzhou-style braised chicken my brother-in-law treated us to years ago. The balance of spiciness and umami was perfect; as a Hunan native, I only found it fragrant and not spicy at all! The potatoes were soft and fluffy, the lotus root slices were thick, and the onions (and celery) were soaked in the broth, even stealing the show from the meat towards the end. After eating about a third of the way, we added four of our ten choices of side dishes—kelp knots, wood ear mushrooms, tofu skin, and cabbage—and simmered it all together, creating another delicious new pot of food. It was very satisfying! Honestly, this pot is enough for 3-4 girls to eat their fill, costing around 10 Le per person. Isn't that much better than ordering takeout or junk food? The two of us couldn't even finish it; we had more than half left. Must-order cold dish: Hand-shredded chicken leg mushrooms. Sour and tangy, refreshing and not greasy, sour but not spicy, with a crisp and tender texture. The sauce was perfectly seasoned; I loved it at first bite! However, towards the end, I felt the vinegar and salt made it a bit too salty; it's better with rice. My friend, who likes strong flavors, even poured the remaining broth over her rice and ate it! Near Galeries Lafayette, super convenient for shopping. It's rare to find such a delicious and affordable chicken hot pot in August; it was definitely worth the trip!

Many shops in Paris were closed in August, but this one was still open and quite lively, with comfortable air conditioning. Most importantly, the food was authentic, the prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous – a truly satisfying meal. The chicken was tender and flavorful with a delicious spiciness, the potatoes and lotus root slices were flavorful, and after finishing the chicken, we added seaweed and tofu skin to continue cooking – a whole pot of food that left us stuffed. The hand-shredded chicken drumsticks and mushrooms were tangy and crunchy, a pleasant and refreshing combination. Excellent value for money, affordable and filling – definitely worth a try.
